| We focus on new visualization techniques to show complex
graph structures or retrieval results intelligibly. For example
the Natto View is our WWW space visualizer well utilizing the
technique, the lift-up operation. The Natto View visualizes a part
of the WWW space as a graph structure and provides the interactive
focus+context operation by utilizing the third dimension. Another
example, the Curve Fish-eye View is a distortion-oriented
visualization technique that uses a curve or a polygonal line as a
focus, other than a point or an area, and discusses possibility of
realization and applications of that method.
